"Excellent location close to central Madrid"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Our room 7304 had two balconies that over looked the park and faced the palace. We were a 5 minute walk from Grand Via and around the corner from the Principle Pio Metro station. There is a cafe in the lobby, a pool, and a roof top bar. I enjoyed staying here and will stay again."

"Location is great and convenient. There is a common area that you can buy things from the supermarket next to it and eat there. It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny. I will rate it 4.5 for the sound insulation not so great. "

"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"Honestly, nothing bad to say. The room was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right outside the restricted traffic area of Madrid so no worry about getting a ticket. It is also really close to the central area (15-20 mins walking from Plaza Mayor). In the La Latina area (5-7 mins waling) there are a lot of bars and restaurants to chose from."

"Luis gave us a great check in experience after a long flight. He gave us an upgrade as well as do everything possible to have the room ready even if we arrived a bit early. The area is safe, quiet within walkable distance of bars and restaurants. Metro station is not too far off either "
