"We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the bus station on Avenida de America. What a great choice! It was an easy walk from the station and located within a relatively short distance of the Goya shopping area. The hotel is an older property that was completely renovated in 2023. The modern design completely transforms it. Our room was very roomy and hid a kitchenette behind a wall of shelving. Again, this is not necessarily a normal tourist area but fit our needs perfectly."

"Overall a great 2- bedroom in the heart of Serrano (for a family of four). If you need a place for 30 days, this is a great option. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation nearby. And many local markets (bring a grocery bag) to get your daily food necessities. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, security was good, and access to to building and apartment was easy. And any issues were quickly dealt with by the host too."

"This is a fantastic hotel. Great rooms, comfy beds and the decor on each floor is amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful too. The observatory bar and resteraunt has great veiws over the city and the hotel is only 15mins from the siaport by taxi and has a metro station conveniently located 150m away. Will be staying again, its faultless."

"Great location in the Salamanca neighborhood. Easy to walk to places or taxis are readily available in front of the hotel. The room has character and relatively smaller. It was located in an outside courtyard, meaning you are exposed to rain walking in and out of your room. The gym is small but it has the basics. "
