"Room was spitkess and staff friendly. Unfortunately, we only had a short sleep as had to get to the airport. We would have definitely stayed longer. Bed was comfy. The only diwnfall was the room was 18 and we coukd not get tge temp to go up. And no extra blankets"

"We booked through Expedia before an international and wanted to take advantage of the extended parking option. As there was no way to confirm that parking would be avaliable on the Expedia site I sent a message through Expedia, asking for confirmation, but never received a reply. I called the front desk and spent 20 minutes on hold, only to finally be connected with a person who had no idea how to confirm or add parking to the reservation so we would have a guaranteed spot. "The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. We booked the family room, which overlooked the pool slide — such a fun view for the kids. The location was perfect, right beside Genesis Place and a Tim Hortons, which was so convenient. The hotel was fully booked for the long weekend and filled with families and kids. It was definitely lively and a bit noisy at times, but in a fun, energetic way. Our kids had an amazing time, and we did too. Also, thumbs up to Smitty's restaurant next door for being accommodating as well! We’ll definitely be back! "
