"Excellent location, but air-con system seems to be old, and not good enough to deal with the London heatwave. Free mini bar in room, free drinks and nibbles ( available when we were leaving on a sunday, but not sure they were available upon arrival) was nice touch. Room size a touch small, but fine. TV system is really slow and kept crashing. Overall 7/10 for a five star hotel."
