Bon emplacement, boulangerie, supérette, centre commercial à proximité, à l écart du centre-ville mais accessible facilement (tramway, voiture, vélo...) Bon rapport qualité/prix. Un petit point négatif, la vaisselle est en quantité limitée et un peu juste. Privilégier l option parking, car ce n'est pas évident de se garer."
