"Brilliant help from start to finish, helpful staff at breakfast as me and the family are fussy eaters. All round great."

"Self manned but worked really well and certainly convenient for our needs of an evening meal and ferry crossing. Road parking was available and free. Walls were a little thin but didn't affect our stay. Would certainly book again ticked all our boxes - clean, smart ++"

"Amazing stay spa lovely so close to beach and sun was shining booked to return"

"A great hotel at a reasonable price. The staff were just excellent and so helpful in every way. Food choice and quality was really good. You'd struggle to find anything you could complain about"

"It was an absolute delight to stay here, lovely room, bed, shower, WC. Very thoughtfully designed, U would definitely stay again, there was even a free KitKat 😁. The studios are 5 mins walk from Irvine town centre which is great. Free street parking right outside too. Thanks - Marcus"

"Great place to stay in the centre of Irvine. Easy to find, allocated parking available for guests - although users of the Portal leisure centre tend to park in them. Instructions for checking in were simple and easy to follow. Rooms are well appointed with hanging space, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, en suite shower. Modern decoration throughout. Easy walking distance to the town centre,"

"Fantastic value for food. Was so much of it and excellent too"

"Just needed the one night to stay while family was in crosshouse hospital. Excellent room for a good price."

"Great stay, clean and good location "

"The room clean tidy and well appointed, also slept well. The spa is excellent but adds £20 to your bill per person. We had dinner which was ok, had issues with my steak, however it was dealt with in a professional manor,"
