"Room was good, beds were semi-hard, bed sheets too short for bed, kept bunching up. Bathroom needs maintenance: faucet not bolted down and flopping around, cabinet falling apart. Heat/Air Con in the room worked well. Nice kitchen facilities. Elevator worked well. Located in business district so fewer traveller amenities than tourist areas. 3 code sets to remember to enter building and room. Place could be wonderful with minimal maintenance. "stayed here as a solo traveler and felt very safe. Rooms were very cleaned and so were the shared bathrooms. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate and my room was ready. Breakfast was good (traditional light Portuguese breakfast) but most importantly the staff was so helpful and kind. Easily would book again."
