"Surely a beautiful hotel but somehow it felt soooo busy that you could never get the attention of any of the team. The only person who stood out was the Guest Service Manager James who did his utmost to accommodate any request. Location is great when going to the Canton Fairgrounds (10-15 minutes walk)."

The area is a modern trade center, with lots of new buildings, mostly offices: there are 6 different "hotels" in this same building, but only the rooms, among other offices.
