My only complaint was that we were only provided with only a one day supply of coffee for our two night stay. Match the coffee supply with the number of nights. I had to leave early in the morning and couldn't have a convenient cup of coffee before leaving. other than that, very nice."

"The Poor Richard apt is perfect for 2 people. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well suited. The apt was more spacious than I was expecting. The bed was comfy and very soft. When in Philly I would definitely stay here again. We were there for a concert at Underground Arts and it’s literally around the corner. Reading terminal market and the Convention center was a few blocks down the street. "

"Staff were very friendly, social happy hours was a very pleasant surprise, and the 100-year-old hotel was in great shape in the heart of Philadelphia a couple blocks away from Jefferson Health and Penn Medicine Hospital systems. I had a 8th floor small room with a great view of the city. I walked to the hospital for my procedure. I'm definably staying there when I go into Philadelphia again!!"

"Very special place. The first floor unit has 12 foot high ceilings and is decorated and furnished with style. Very airy and great natural light. Windows could use a wash but they offered great soundproofing. The vibe is 10/10 here. 2 bedroom downstairs were a bit noisy on a Sunday night, but much quieter on Monday night. Bring ear plugs and a sound machine for the kids just in case. Excellent location. Budget $45 per day for parking. The host is very responsive and attentive. Grocery store...
