"Great location very close to the seafront (we could see the sea from our room) and slightly away from noisier/busier part of Folkestone. 10-min walk to train station. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Very good breakfast (although bread quality could be improved). Overall a great stay - would not hesitate to stay again when visiting Folkestone again."

"Hayne Barn Estate was lovely, very tucked away. We stayed in Squirrel Lodge and it was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The eco hot tub was great and a lovely addition to our stay but you gave to time it right with your plans to make sure you have 3 hours for it to heat up. Only slight negative was the proximity to the M20, if you’re outside, you can hear the road noise. It isn’t a deal breaker, but wasn’t expecting it as we arrived. "Flint cottage part of hotel amazing, clean and spacious, bed so comfy and bath superb . Pool lovely too and had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back. Short trip to Canterbury made it an easy place to visit"

"I needed a cheap hotel close to the Dover Ferry, and this was both close and cheap. Somewhat shabby on the inside, but again, typically what you can expect on a low budget stay at a 2 star rated hotel. Room was ok, bathroom very rudimentary, the 1st floor hallway smelled booze/drunkenness. The receptionist was very kind and serviceminded. Location was very nice. All in all, I got what I paid for and can't complain on other than the smell in the hallway outside my room. Would stay there again...
