"Well, on the positive side - the hotel is new, especially the bathroom. Big walk-in shower - no phone booth - and it has a closing door. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had to share bathroom with another room, it was not problem at all. Location is also good 14 minutes walk to the center of the city. Linda also recommended us to visit Lucca, and it was very good city. "
