The staff is very kind and they have thought of everything. Check in was smooth and although we arrived early they sent us to a recommended restaurant, took our bags, and made sure our bags were in our room after our meal. "META suites is a gorgeous property that is smack in the center of old town Bolzano. It is adjacent to Piazza Walther (Walther Platz), truly you cannot get more central than this. The room was incredible and the bathroom amenities were top notch. The staff were all so lovely and professional, we really appreciate their kindness and help. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bolzano, highly HIGHLY recommend."

"Loved our jr suite on the 3rd floor. Didn’t use the €22 euro breakfast buffet, but did do ala carte breakfast for my husband and I for the same amount. Google.maps doesn’t track to Hotel Figl very well, but stick with it. Hotel Figl leans to the Austrian/German demographic rather than than Italian, so if you’re tired of pizza and pasta, stay here!"
