"I think Krungsri is the only 4 star hotel in Ayutthaya. Just 10 mins walk from Ayutthaya railway station. Good hotel on the outside of Ayutthaya Island. To get to Ayutthaya historical park, you take a tuk tuk for 100 to 200 baht. Alternative you walk to the station ferry pier and take the ferry across to Ayutthaya Island for 10 baht per person and walk 30 mins. Excellent breakfast. Good size quiet room. Only complaint about the room is insufficient power points for charging phones."

"It was an old building but converted to modern inside. Interior was Thai style decoration with modern features like moonroof, jacuzzi bath, 2 large king beds, and room was large with view of the old temple. Staff were excellent. We also received a complimentary breakfast which was both Thai and western and they were in large portions. Highly recommended."
