"Spending a day skiing in Erciyes (25min drive) This hotel is amazing , pictures do not do it justice. We have been lucky enough to travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels , this boutique hotel is one of the best we have stayed in Great service , rooms are unique yet fully kitted out , ours had a jacuzzi. Breakfast was also great. Would not hesitate to recommend. Loved it 10/10 "

"Older hotel but provides basic amenities. Good size room. Good bkfst with good variety of fruits & cheeses, etc. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Good for one night stay. Helpful & friendly staff"

"Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"

"Major issues with the elevators, twice in 3 days. Walking up 5 -6 floors is no fun. The caring female staff was wonderful. The male not so much. No AC but very cold fridge. Tired furniture. Inadequate cooking supplies. Can't recommend this place unfortunately."

We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "
