"Casino was clean, spacious but very tight machines. Lost everything we came with. Food was excellent, especially at Puyalpubs (sp?). Hotel room had gorgeous view, well proportioned. Only downsides were not a very private toilet space and the bed was hard, not squishy (preference). Front desk was absolutely lovely and made effort to check us in early. Concert venue was spectacular. Bars were generous and priced fair."

"This was such a great stay in Tacoma! I love staying at the Murano because it’s always nice, clean, safe, and in walking distance to so many great restaurants. This trip we were flying out of SEATAC and it was a short drive to the airport in the morning too, which worked out amazing. Highly recommend!"

"This place was AMAZING!! Super clean, safe, and the staff was terrific! We had a late check in, but even after midnight they were helpful and pleasant. They were super accommodating and allowed us an extra hour for checkout in the morning. The manager herself (Nataly) brought little gift bags for our kiddos and took the time to chat directly with us for awhile. So wish we had been able to stay more nights - it was a highlight of the trip!!!"

We used the gym and it was huge and very well maintained and had a lot of equipment. Some of the public places ( bathrooms and hallways) could use a little TLC but other than that we had a great stay."
