"A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel."

"Very clean room, great a/c, hot shower with good pressure, microwave, fridge, and hair dryer in room, soap and shampoo dispensers were full, didn’t see a single bug which is rare in any FL hotel. Staff is very friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable. Close to PGD but schedule your Uber/Lyft ahead of time because I found them to be very scarce in the area. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. A great room if you don’t need anything fancy."

"Had an excellent stay here. Room was clean and new looking. Breakfast was great with Waffle station and biscuits and gravy etc. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect with many restaurants, CVS etc right close by. Highly recommend. "
