"I have to mention Louis, breakfast server in the bar area. I will just say our second morning of breakfast with Louis was a complete turn around from the first day of our stay. Louis got our day started with coffee and bread choices (which was not offered prior) and an attitude just friendly enough to feel he enjoyed what he was doing. I believe he is a real asset for Sofitel."

"The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay! "

"The location is excellent. Walking distante to subway, restaurants,Mcgill University, St Catherine street. The service from every one in the hotel was excellent. The hotel is an old building and needs some maintenance but the room was clean and with all services needed. The cafe in the hotel was also very good"

"This was one of the best stays in a city that I have ever had. The location was perfect. Ubers were under $10 to downtown, one day I even walked. It’s less than a block from the metro too. The spaces was clean and secure with a buzz in door to the building. The suite had everything I needed for my 4 day stay. The host checked in with me before and after to see if I needed anything.
