"Don't be fooled by the stairs to the first floor entrance which aren't the best. The small lobby and the rooms are spotless. Great communications on WhatsApp from staff for a small issue and it was rectified super quick. Close to Naples central and metro not far away to get everywhere you need to."

The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "

"There are a few popular coffee and sandwich shops within the same block. We felt very safe with the concierge in the building, small businesses and residents also in the building. Double glass windows and glass doors really blocked outside noise, but it’s in the city so you can’t control cars honking, etc. You also can’t control litter on the sidewalks either surrounding the building.
