"Great place. Great location (directly on Prince Street and a five minute walk to Grassmarket.) Great views of the castle and the park. There is QUITE a staircase to get to the third floor unit. As a 40 out of shape guy, I was winded walking up it but it wasn’t much more of an issue. If you have mobility issues, know there is no lift. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking stuff, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine/dryer. "

"Easily accessible from both train stations (closest to Waverley). Is a bit hidden amongst the streets which can be hard to find in the darker seasons. Very clean apartment and super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Stairs were quite hard work to get up to our 4th floor and were pretty steep. However, location was perfect for visiting all attractions by walking, which suited us. "
