"Mold in the closets. Three cockroaches during a 2 nights stay. Gym is not really a gym but 3 running treadmill and one machine and that’s in. In the good sides staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are huge and highly equipped. If not for the mold / cockroaches / lack of maintenance probably could be a great hotel, definitely for family with kids."

"Great location in mid-town near Broadway theaters and close to Times Square, also close enough to walk to/from Penn Station and Port Authority. Attractive rooms of a good size. Small but functional lobby to use as a waiting area. It was easy for us to stow bags here while we were out and about before and after our stay. We'd definitely stay here again."

"Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!"
