"Doesn’t look great from the outside but fine inside as long as you’re not in one of the “upper floor” rooms of this dormer bungalow type house. Low sloped ceilings. Not ideal for a tall person. Facilities very good, plenty of equipment in the kitchen and a nice sun room were you can eat your meals."

"A really lovely hotel with super friendly, helpful staff and good location near the train station. Despite being close to the station there was no noise disruption and we all slept soundly in the extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was tasty and there was a varied selection. The walk into Cambridge was about 20 minutes on mostly a straight road. Only downside was there being no carpark but the station carpark was convenient (£17.50 per day). "Central location. Easy transfer from Trumpington Park & Ride. Easy check in. Comfortable room 201. Breakfast good, although not always easy for the staff to manage and maintain. 2 pay points in Oz & Isle would help service. Room 201 underfloor heating kept switching on. Bath was slippery when showering. Thank you for looking after us."

"From check in to check out the staff were helpful and friendly. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were upgraded and welcomed to our room with rose petals and champagne! Breakfast choice was great, we picked off the to order menu. Easy walk into Cambridge. Definitely will stay again."
