"I loved the room, the balcony, the private gym/spa for adults. First time in Toronto and will love to visit again!"

"Came to Toronto to see Blue Jays games. Hotel is conviently located short walk from Union Station, and to Rogers Centre as well as other ammenities and tourist spots. Hotel is modern, clean and staff are excellent. Room was very quiet, comfortable had a great nights sleep. Breakfast is included...and well let me say this was the highlight of the stay. Selection and quality was in line with RIU properties I have stayed in all inclusives in Mexico. We will look to stat here when we come to Toronto...

"A well maintained, historic hotel, where it was a pleasure to stay. Great location for tourists, as central to everything!"

"The hotel is really well located with direct access to the PATH. The value of this is not to be underestimated in downtown. The hotel itself is well presented and has great history. We stayed for four nights at the end of a Canada summer holiday and it was ideal. Perfectly placed for both shopping and sightseeing."

"Shops were nearby. 25 minute walk to CN tower."

"We used the Holiday Inn as a base for three days exploring Toronto for the first time. The hotel was clean and tidy, the suite (1821) was sizeable and had all the amenities you would expect, including a lounge/sitting area with a second large TV. The bed was huge and very comfortable (as were the pillows) and there was little or no noise at night. Breakfast was very good, if I tiny bit limited in choice, and the bar '33' was the best value of all the hotel bars we frequented during our trip...

"I often stay at this hotel when I travel to Toronto, always courteous staff and quick check-in and the hot chocolate chip cookie at check-in is a great touch!"

"The hotel was in a great location to access many areas of downtown Toronto."

"Hotel is perfectly located in the downtown core. Easy access to the DVP and other commuter routes"

"Awesome location near BMO arena, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice restaurant/bar."

"I like the locations of this hotel. I used the fitness centre which had a full range of dumbbells, a treadmill and bike. If I visit Toronto again. I’d come here"

"Omni King Edward leans heavily on its Royal association. The hotel is in pristine exultant condition with 6 fast silent elevators. Some would call it classy. It maintains an old world standard of civility. My room felt a little cramped (at this premium level) because of its original 19th Century floor plan. The room has been modernized despite the decorative corniches. Has a decent gym. Looks like a serious F&B $$ effort. My omelette breakfast was quite decent. Wifi works with VPN! Recommended...

"The Shangri-La Toronto is truly exceptional. It is far superior to many of the larger hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Sheraton. The lobby is beautiful and elegant without ever feeling overcrowded or chaotic, and the architecture of the building is stunning. The rooms are beautifully designed and finished, with particularly impressive bathrooms and an obvious attention to quality throughout. The gym is enormous, exceptionally well equipped, and among the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The...

"Great location, very quiet, and exceptionally clean! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Would happily come back again!"

"I came over here mainly for a World Cup game , but enjoyed visiting Toronto for first time and added a blue jays game and tour of Cn tower and a day tour of Niagara Falls , a big bonus was visiting my cousin and her kids too. Staying at Hyatt Regency downtown was a good decision because of accessibility to just anywhere that I wanted to go and reach. Great and helpful staff, had fun the whole week of my stay in Toronto and Hyatt 😊"

"Staff was super friendly, and location was great. Walking distance to several fun spots, including the tower and the ballpark. Room was very comfortable and would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the water view! Located close to so many great places. Helpful and friendly staff!!"

"It is in the perfect spot to find different restaurants and things to do by walking around. It is very clean and the food is amazing at soca kitchen"

"Amazing location, spotless clean, comfortable beds. I’ve stayed here twice while staying in downtown Toronto. Conveniently located. The restaurant within the hotel serves good food. Friendly and useful staff."
