"The hotel is a less than 10 minute bus ride (#20) from the Lucerne train station and the bus stop is about 100 yards from the hotel. It’s got beautiful mountain views, a comfortable room (#351), a nice sized shower and air conditioning that works great in this heat wave! Breakfast is really good too, but the two things I really liked were the automated check-in (you do it yourself on a tablet and even make your own room keys) and Manuela, the employee I could always find. She knew so much...
