"In our Family Room, the bedsettee mattress was about 4 inches/10cm lower at the shoulders than the lower part of the mattress. Had to use all the towels to try to level it out a little otherwise their head was far too low!!"

"Absolutely wick with Ants in the bin and then through the accommodation. I left a day earlier but wasn't refunded my seconded night cos ‘we can deal with this’ but also, eeeek I didn't want to stay in ant hell - they were everywhere!"

"Just had a single night stay with some friends. Staff helpful and friendly, room lovely, clean. Free WiFi us nice as the signal in a big old building with thick walls is non existent. Getting an uber to go out simple. Breakfast has plenty of options. Didn't have the time to use the spa"
