"Piscine propre personnes professionnels. Juste un problème en arrivant à la chambre il y'avais deux lit séparés alors notre demanande pour un lit double, après réclamation ils nous ont promis que ca sera fait le lendemain, mais rien n'a été fait le lendemain vers 20heures on rentrons la chambre elle a été même pas faite comme on l'a laissé le matin. Pour un hôtel 4étoiles c'est vraiment dommage. "

"Was really a beautiful hotel , lobby and reception area was so beautiful . We booked all inclusive and enjoyed the variety of the buffett fir breakfast linch and supper . They also offered snacks at 11 . Beautiful pool with lots of activities to enjoy such as beach volley ball ,ping pong ,darts . They also have a in hotel disco , it was ok honestly . They have a dj but they dont change the music . Each night it was the same line up of music which made it incredibly boreing ."

"Accueil plus que mitigé, le réceptionniste m'a indiqué qu'il n'avait pas reçu la réservation, et il m'a demandé de lui renvoyer par mail. Ce que j'ai fait. Je pensais qu'il était sur son ordinateur dans le bureau à côté pour imprimer la réservation que je lui avais envoyée, que nenni, il fumait tranquillement sa cigarette, et moi j'attendais au comptoir… Lorsqu'il a terminé, il est revenu vers moi en me disant que c'était OK, et il m'a donné une chambre.

"Il faut arréte de trompé les gean avec de faux avis tout etait nul a l'arrivée nous étions même pas enregistré il a falu attendre apres la chambre etait bouré d'araignée et de petit lézard yavai une couétte pour 3 mdrr du reclamé 3 foi pour en avoir une de plus le restaurant etait trop petit pour tout le monde on a mangé débout les pizza yavai plus au bout d1 heures!! sur 10 personnes discuter avec tous etait mécontent et se son fai avoir sur de faux avis la picine etai pas sécurisé les tuyaux...
