"The Hawthorne Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The room we had was spacious, clean, and had an awesome view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was not large but a reasonable size. We had a king room with corner views. Very centrally located, can easily walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurants had great food and service. We would absolutely recommend this hotel 10/10."

"Super convenient location. 15 minutes from the airport 15 minutes from downtown 15 minutes from Fenway. Room was Very nice and clean. It’s always nice to have a room with a microwave and refrigerator. *********Take notice!!* You have to pay to park your Car in their lot with a daily price!!! Was a bit disappointed with that. I believe with places that charge side costs to stay at their hotel that if they could figure out a way to charge you to walk on their carpet they would charge for that as well. It used to be when you stayed in a hotel. You didn’t have to pay to park one day places like this will charge you to swim in their swimming pool too.. overall experience was nice though. "

"A hour into being checked in we found trash and a moldy sandwich under the toddler room bed side table . Through the night my second king room lost heat noone in maintenance was available until 6:30 in the morning to come fix it it worked for a short amount of time and was freezing cold again .Our second night my double bed room was changed to 2 king family rooms as well toilets were leaking and running all night only one room had heat around 2 am i had a sick 1 year old tht threw up on the blanket and i was told that there were no blankets available. Collecting our belongings to check out i found a pair of boxers in the room with young girls so tht room must not have been deeply cleansed either. "

"Extremely disappointing experience at SpringHill Suites Boston Logan Airport Revere Beach. We had a confirmed reservation for March 14–15. When we arrived after traveling, the hotel told us they had overbooked and that our room was no longer available. They then sent us to another hotel. When we arrived there, we were told that hotel could not accommodate us either, so we were forced to return to the original SpringHill Suites. My mother had recently undergone surgery and is currently disabled, so being transported back and forth between hotels late in the evening was extremely stressful and physically difficult for her. By the time we returned it was already close to 8 PM and the entire day had been lost due to the hotel’s error. The situation became even more frustrating due to the attitude of the staff. The General Manager, Gabriel Morales, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful when we tried to resolve the issue. The front desk staff member, Valet, was also rude and did not provide any real assistance. A confirmed reservation should never result in guests being displaced like this, especially when a disabled guest is involved. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and we hope Marriott corporate addresses this situation properly."
