Hotels in Sulphur

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. No place to plug in electronic devices or set them, medications, water, etc. on the wall side of each bed (double queen room). Hand towel bar in bathroom loose, wall beside shower damaged from shower overspray, and no hangers for bath towels. Nothing serious, just inconvenient and slightly unsightly. Would stay again despite these things. "

"Was dirty, sheets were dirty and smelly , restroom was nasty mold growing on the tub and door didn’t close correctly looked like it was damaged by water or just and old bathroom door .."

"Rooms are nasty, room keys don’t work half the time front desk girl in the evening is rude as hell and don’t trust to leave property in the rooms unattended WiFi doesn’t work at all, and the person to answer the phone for emergency doesn’t do it at all wouldn’t EVER go back "

" i arrived at shift change. Both, the morning and evening staff were Great. Especially the evening. She explained where my room was and bedt way to go to my room. It took a bit of explaining, i had trouble visualizing but she didnt give up. My only complaint is that wasnt shampoo , only bar of soaps"

"Clean room, comfy couch. Wafflehouse and a Cracker Barrel nearby for food. "

"The worst stay possible! Avoid at all cost! Tried to handle the issues with management and was dismissed. Attempted to address my concerns for security as I was traveling alone with children. The exterior door doesn’t even close. The lock on our door did not need a key card to open every time. The air conditioner sounded like a generator. I even called to speak to the GM on Monday morning and was dismissed again. All this and the hotel was DIRTY!"
