"Great stay, comfortable beds and very clean."

"It wasn’t clearly communicated that breakfast is not not complementary at check-in. I understand there is a separate restuarant but it should be said how much breakfast is and guests won’t be inclined to think it’s included. Also, my room keys kept deactivating which required trips to the front desk. I kept them away from cell phones and chip credit cards and they still deactivated. Pool was out of order. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work, my boyfriend had to go to the second floor for ice. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest when my boyfriend asked about the ice machine, he was asked was he guest on our floor. Heat in our room did Not work at all. I’ve stayed at several Crowne Plazas and this stay was not as I expected and accustomed to. "

"The room was nice, everything was clean. I liked that there were multiple places to sit in the room besides just the bed."

"We had issues as soon as waited an hour for our room. Once in the room we wanted ice wife hands me the bucket to put the bag in. As soon as I took the lid off I smelled something weird for an ice bucket, I sniffed it , gave it to the wife and at the same time Said IT'S PISS! Somebody pissed in the ice bucket and was missed by HK. Wife went to check in and they brought a bucket. They never took the PISS buck back. WE put it outside our door maybe they will pick it up being out in the hallway. Went to show for 4 hours came back to Hotel and Piss bucket still there. And the machine was broken on are floor. We got comped breakfast, And that was good staff where nice."

"The review is poor due to the fact that the restaurant and bar were closed for remodeling. We never would have booked here if we knew this in advance. Also, I booked a king bed and wound up with 2 full size beds leaving it difficult for my husband with his sleep machine. The room was great for kids, but not sufficient for couples. The view was excellent and the patio was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also didn't like the glass ornamental placed between the two beds, but that is just a personal observation. FYI, the construction on the roads was no problem to get around, so no worries for that."

"We loved the security features, the aesthetics, the warmth of the room. There was a wad of bandage in front of a door down the hall from us from Thursday until when we left Sunday. Elevator floor was sticky and gross for days too. Lastly the breakfast didn’t offer any gluten free carb solutions. We’d consider staying here again in the future"

"Great place to stay close to the city of Milwaukee. Plenty of free parking. The hotel and our room were very clean. We basically stayed there to sleep, but it does seem to have a restaurant and bar that looked nice. "

"Staff and hotel were great! Location great! Walking distance to everything! Had a few issues with the room, tv was not working and required a tech visit, only to pods of coffee in the room, and no toilet paper, except for very little in the roll. Had to make a stop down the hallway closet to serve out selves. "
