"The staff at Comfort Inn Buffalo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even at 4 a.m. the staff were cheery and friendly and had coffee ready for us as we left to the airport! We were able to make an earlier rental car drop off because we could easily get the shuttle back to the hotel. My family enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room on site. We were able to take a “to go breakfast bag” since we would be leaving too early to get breakfast! The beds were so comfy and the shower felt amazing after a long trip! Thanks again for going above and beyond, we needed it!"

"I was not feeling very well and I was having a hard time going to the elevator and I must say you’re supervisor housekeeper. I can’t remember her name, but I do know she was a middle-aged African-American woman she went above and beyond her duties I would like to tell you that you have an excellent employee there and I wish I would’ve seen her before I left. I would’ve gave her a minimum $100 tip I cannot remember her name. I wanted to call Corporate and let them know that your employees are excellent especially the supervisor personnel in housekeeping that helped me. Please give her my thanks once again and I will by word-of-mouth pass it on to stay at the Holiday Inn. Great work thank you."
