"The staff were soooo nice! Really A+ for them. The rooms (we ended up moving to a different one) were gross. Toothpaste stains on the vanity, discolored/stained carpet, furniture, tub, doors, walls, everything. Thankfully the sheets were clean and fresh smelling and bed was comfy or we would have left. Hotel seemed super full, but rooms were actually quiet. “Breakfast” both mornings were scant. Some white bread slices in a baggie, yogurt, or the cheapest apples money can buy was all that was left by 8:15 am… oh and in a 4 foot deep pool, you couldn’t see your feet it was so cloudy. Location was good though. "

"Room was ok. Not all of the staff were friendly. While I understand the limitations of parking in that area, guests are required to pay an additional amount to park in a garage across of the street seemed excessive. Surely Hyatt could absorb this cost for guest. "

"There were 2 dogs across the hall from our room. Their owners left them all evening and went out for dinner with friends. The dogs barked all evening. People down the hall were shouting 'Shut UP!!!'. I called the front desk and they came up and first told me there were no rooms for me to move to. Why should I move? Then they told me they didn't have a key to the room where the dogs were. Really, no master key? A lie... I thought about just leaving that night but had a long drive home. I couldn't wait to get out of that place in the morning."

"The property was in a location very favorable to us as a visit to the hospital across the street was our reason for staying there. The design and layout of the room was quirky to us, as was the shower area. You had to stand next to the tub in order to close the door, due to the clearance between the door edge and the edge of the toilet. Poor design in my opinion. The rest of our visit was very good!"
