"Checking in was good. Friendly. Check out was perfunctory and nothing special. Lots of fees on top of room rate. I did get two bug bites from over night in our room and we saw a fruit fly as well. Strange. The parking attendants are not helpful."

"When we checked in at midnight after a concert at the Amway, the staff was ready for us and gave us no issues. The hotel was very clean and pleasing. Loved everything about our room. Would definitely use this hotel again."

"The most upsetting part of the hotel was on check-in promptly at 3:00pm I was told my room wasn't ready, I was told they would text me when it was. I waited one hour finally getting upset and went back up to the desk to discover my room was ready. Very poor front desk service."
