Welcome to our hotel lobby, featuring a reception desk with digital display, a large vase, and a staircase leading to the upper level.

"The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit family and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors...

"We really enjoyed out stay here, we saw no reviews on the site but took the risk anyway and it payed off. Nice clean room, bed a little hard pillows too but small compaint. The brealfsdtbis excellent as was the dinners we arrived late evening the first night and they had no problem preparing dinner for us. Unfortunately we didn't have a hot shower when there first night we were told run the shower a while we did but nothing so had cold showers second night same issue they had someone come a...
