"Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended. "

"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

"It was inexpensive. The pool was always clean as was the room. The bed was great and the superior room is the only one to stay in. The location is ok and quiet considering it is near the action on the walking street. The hotel is somewhat rundown, expected for the price. The free breakfast is a joke. When I need a place to stay in Angeles City and don't want to spend a lot of money, this is my choice."

"location is very strategic and accessible. staff were friendly and courteous... the cable tv was not working though; it could be a problem with the service provider. the hotel signage is kind of confusing because it says "Bendix by Best Western""

"Good location. Easy to find. Close to Koreatown. Clean. Have free parking. Have massage on location if you want. Had to put down a 2000 pesos deposit and they will return it to you if there’s no damages to the room."

"The staff was not friendly a girl stole money and gold from my room. Although they have cctv the picture was horrible couldn't see her face. The room was horrible very old. The pool was excellent but a charge of100 php per person. We had to leave after one week because of conditions and staff i do not recommend that place"

"Nice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too."
