"The staff here were lovely, very impressed with the customer service. The room was also quite nice and clean with a lovely welcoming common area, definitely will come back if I am ever in Gifu!!"

"Staff was helpful and attentive for the most part."

"Very clean, quiet, comfortable "

"Location is good!"

"The place is kinda under renovation. It was ok the location is good close to hashima eki. They don't have parking area, but there's a pay to park close by. Got a room with 2 twin bed, but it was tight. Over all was ok."

"Great town to visit hotel is very close to train station so it’s easy to get around. Lovely city. "

"Very close to the train station. Clean towels and trash pick up daily, place items to be replaced outside of the door by 10:00 am. Room cleaned thoroughly about once a week - do not have access to the room during this time. Safe, quiet, clean neighborhood. Complimentary, very delicious Japanese breakfast. Washers and dryers available - best to do laundry in the morning. Knowing a few words of Japanese or having someone translate is helpful. Very comfortable room - small, like a cruise ship...

"The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The location is very convenient as well"

"Booked a non-smoking room but upon check in, only a smoking room was available. This is basically the only time I will complain about anything because no matter how much mystery spray is used, a smoking room is a smoking room."
