Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. On the opt of it the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the Osaka Station and a public path on the top floor. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and will stay at it if we visit Osaka again. "
