"Great place stay. Family owned and run by them. The beds are comfortable with 4 pillows, nice back porch to sit on and view the river. They also have a nice pool and pinic area. The trolly stop is right across the street and it's free. It's quiet at night too. Definitely a great place stay, would recommend a 1000 times over :) "

"Room and bathroom was very clean Staff was very helpful. We had leftovers from restaurant and they let us put it their refrigerator for a couple days. Breakfast was a buffet and there was a good selection and good food. Parking was easy to unload the car and park. Good location on the Gatlinburg strip to walk to restaurants and things to do."

"Adorable cabin with comfortable furnishings which was perfect for our mountain get away. We enjoyed the hot tub for two and the warm fireplace as well. The kitchen was well equipped although we needed to bring all of our own condiments. Would definitely return for another visit!"

"Very clean facility with excellent staff inclduing cleaning staff. It is so close to Cherokee Orchard road and Roaring Fork Road. This close proximity allowed us to do several popular waterfall hikes within 10-15 mins of driving. Also, the location is very close to Newfound Gap road. Every pooular trails were wihin 35 mins for driving. It is only .8 miles from where the restaurants are. If your stay is for doing hikes at GSM NP, then I highly recommend this Hampton location. I would avoid...

"Breakfast was very good, and went to 11:00 am for convenience. The pool looked nice but was still locked in mid May. The highlight is the fast flowing river out your back patio—super cool. You can also walk downtown or take the free trolley. Driving/parking in Gatlinburg can be a challenge, though some restaurants have free parking if dining there."
