The villas a a little older but were up to date and rather comfortable. The view from the residences is beautiful too, amidst nature. The pool is very pretty and a great resting spot. "Outside of town (so you need your own transport) this is a great hotel - actually it’s 2 hotels side-by-side, with shared facilities. There are 2 pools, with loungers, and a hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini-fridge, and there is free on-site parking. We’d stay here again!"

"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Our hosts were amazing and the hotel was convenient to lots of wonderful restaurants and tons of shopping. If you are renting a car, it’s not very convenient to drive around the town or park. If you have a difficult time walking around or using stairs, you should know, the hotel has some pretty challenging stairs. It’s also not at all close to the beach which we would have loved to have known ahead of time. If you want to be close to town, this is definitely the hotel for you. We chose a regular...

"Beautifully lush, landscaped gardens frame this luxurious designer hotel. Rooms are each set in a generous space and are thoughtfully designed and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast in a smart, airy dining room looking out over the gardens. Nice pool and bar with Happy Hour. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "

"This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The gardens were outstanding. The reson for a low score is the uncomfortable bed and the low pressure shower that felt like someone was sprinkling water on me. The service was outstanding as well. Overall if a hotel doesn't have a comfortable bed and a good hot shower, then it's not a good hotel, sorry!"
