"As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. "Free parking was a plus and we had a room with a view of the Roman bridge. However there is no air conditioning and with the sun shining in the room all afternoon it was hot until sundown when it started to cool down. The old town center is about a 2km walk from the hotel. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood, but also several nightclubs and sex shops that may be of concern to parents with young children"
