Lovely spot in the forest where one can just relax in the garden and enjoy the sunshine and the stars at night not spoiled by light pollution. We loved it so much this is our second stay."

"Arrived slightly late but still greeting by owner. Room was spacious and luxurious but does need some TLC. Beautiful balcony overlooking wonderful spacious gardens, small pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly, helpful and respectfully distant. Had a great meal at The Bear of Burton (two doors away). Great distance from Christchurch (6 minutes). Would stay again."
