"Breakfast is a plus"

"My fiance and i stayed for one night and the room we had our tv didn't work. Someone from front desk came to try and fix it and couldn't and we were told they didn't have a maintenance person as it was late and the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck with a tv that didn't work. Our room also over looked the parking lot and we could hear everything. Dogs parking, people playing music, people coming and going. It just wasn't very quiet for a 2nd floor room."

"The room was absolutely beautiful it was big the bed was very comfortable it was clean and staff was polite would recommend this hotel for other guests"

"Was unable to take a shower. No hot water and shower handle broke in my hand. Tried to call the front desk for help but it was less than an hour before checking out. Pool wasn’t working."

"Clean room, however we had an obvious drinking glass that was cracked and put out for use. Not enough toilet paper stocked and the metal rack fell off the wall in the shower. Otherwise it was fine. "

"Parking felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Clean room. Good breakfast. Would stay again! "

"Old and so dirty it’s disgusting rooms need a major upgrade and cleaning. The carpets are like 60years old and never cleaned and it smells like old and damp, but the staff is so kind and the breakfast was okay "

"I was having trouble with the tv. I called the front desk and she couldn’t answer my simple question. When I was getting ready to leave the elevator didn’t work. I had to go down the stairs, 3 levels! "
