"Room was overpriced for an outdated room/hotel. I found that the pictures on the web site made things look much better than they actually were. Our room was above the Tiki bar which was very loud until closing. Also, the room had a musty smell."

"Did a great job rebuilding after the hurricane. Just like before but better. Food at BRGR was fantastic (especially the blackened chicken alfredo and the honey habanero wings). Rooms were clean. Everyone with whom I had an interaction was friendly and helpful. I really have nothing bad to say. I’ve been there twice and I will go again. "

"The room was clean. The pool deck had little bits of tissue paper and debris that did not get removed overnight. The pool deck was not tidied up overnight either, chairs straightened etc."

"The resort grounds are beautiful, and clean. The room was very small and bathroom somewhat outdated. The pool and beach were beautiful, however very high cost with lots of hidden fees .a resort fee or $50 daily on top of the already expensive stay. Also charged me $35 a day to park my car which I find ridiculous with all the other expenses of this places I personally would not stay here again."

"Property could use some updating, ice machines out of service (no sign), customer service hit or miss (some fantastic, some miserable). Expected more for the price we paid. "
