"It was the best hotel we stayed in during our 4 weeks Ecuador trip even though it wasn’t the most expensive place we stayed in. People were friendly and spoke English. We could even walk there from the bus station. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa and fitness are had so much atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Necesito ayuda sobre esta reserva, al momento de hacer el check in, no tenían las habitaciones reservadas libres, en lugar de 2 habitaciones triples querían que nos hospedemos en una habitación con 6 camas y un baño pequeñito, la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones al igual que el hotel, todo desgastados húmedo a un ventilación. Nos dijeron. Que nos podíamos ir si queríamos y no estábamos de acuerdo con la habitación disponible y que directamente pongamos la queja en expedia. Necesito el...
