"Stayed at Garam Lisboa for 2 nights and I couldn’t speak more highly of this gorgeous guesthouse! The rooms are beautiful and clean and the amenities and communal spaces are great. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! They were so welcoming, taking stress out of my airport transfers and also organising transfers and showers post half marathon race which is the reason for my visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

Cool water was in the refrigerator What was surprising was that I felt treated with personal coffee capsules, machine, and kettle. It was good to use a laptop comfortably because there was a lot of public space. However, one thing that is unfortunate is that it says the non-smoking area. However, I don't know if anyone is continuing to smoke or has smoked before, but it was a little hard. Because the smell of cigarettes in the room continued Other than that, there are large supermarket, bus stops, and tram stops nearby. Also, there is a cooking academy where you can make pastel de nata right across the street. There's the Belem on a 20-minute walk and it's all good!"

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I walked into the reception, the smell of the property immediately made it feel like a junkyard. There was nobody at the reception desk, and at that point I was already considering booking another hotel right away—but I decided to at least see the room. When I finally got to the room, it was even more uncomfortable than the reception area. The smell persisted, and you could hear everything happening next door, including someone’s phone buzzing, as if they were inside your room. I booked another hotel within 10 minutes and left. I didn’t even care about getting a refund, Just I cannot imagine staying there for more than 30 minutes. Simply unacceptable standards for a hotel. Also a lot of homeless in the area and one of the homeless man was sitting right in front of the hotel entrance, chanting something weird. Can’t imagine a family staying there how unsafe it would be. "
