"Clean and practical. Really only negative feedback is that the hotel lacks character - totally monochrome and the doors are tricky to open - very difficult to grip when your hands are cold. There's a construction site next door, however no noise whatsoever and room was neat and I liked the kitchenette, handy to have plates, glasses, cups, kettle and a coffee machine. Everything you need!"

"Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room."

"The tub was faulty. The flush was faulty and the AC was faulty.. we heard other people also complaining about the A/C not being cool enough. A little boy couldn’t sleep properly at all because he was sweating so much"
