It's believed as the throne of first Inca King. The seat was built on the back of sleeping dragon. Locals tell different stories about the throne.

To access here, take a minibus towards "Juli" from terminal Terrestre in Puno, ask the driver to drop you at Aramu-muru. You will easily find the path to the entrance. The admission fees were about S10 in 2013.
