"It was our first time in the Smokies. We stayed here for 3 nights with our 9 hear old. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. Location was ideal to get to Pigeon Forge and into the state park quickly. Plus the parking ticket for the other end of gatlinburg was worth it's weight in gold. We'll.definitely be back"

"Was there for the long weekend over 4th of July. We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and being able to set your temperature was fantastic. Didn’t sit out on the balcony due to all the spider webs(so many) but the sound of the river was nice. Great location."
