"It was a very nice stay! The room was very nice, the view is excellent (we were on a 17th floor). Everything was exactly as the pictures. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, nice and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which is great. The area feels super safe, a lot of groceries stores and dinning options. Super close to the metro. The communication was excellent, they are super nice and answer very fast. "

"We were very pleased that we chose this hotel. It was close (5 min walk) from nightlife and restaurants. It’s also minutes away from the zoo and funicular railway. Property and staff were great. As English speakers, we felt that the breakfast menu should also have been written in English, not just Spanish. But the lady doing the breakfasts was wonderful."
