"I accidentally booked the wrong date as a non-refundable booking. The hotel kindly amended the booking to accommodate our children as we had no childcare this weekend. The kids had a great time! Breakfast was continental but had some hot sandwich options. Good supply of alternative milks! Staff very friendly and helpful."

"My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Cumberland. We were in Bournemouth for a concert and this hotel was ideal as it was close to the venue and had a good location overlooking the bay. Our room was comfortable and good value but what really stood out was how good the staff were.
