"Very very courteous staff, both on phone and in person. Nice clean accommodations with good instructions on how to use things like the shower( both over head or wand water use). Also allow dog/pet stay though charge for a whole week at a time so I used local rover.com for just one night.(would be good for those bringing an animal for university extended vet care). Lovely restaurant, again with nice folks both waitstaff and cooks. Well appointed place with lovely views, even in elevators as windowed, and decent safe parking. Mini refrig, two clothes hanging areas, I had double queen, best sleep I've had while on the road from out of state. Looks like a nice pool and workout area though I didnt ho see or try as didnt bring vlothes for these. Would come here again in a heartbeat. Just lovely."

"Our flight got in late to Des Moines so we got a room in Ames a short drive away we did not want to spend a lot. When we walked in the place was extremely nice and clean. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor we walked into the room and i was asked OMG how much did you pay for this room. I replied under $65 we could not believe how nice the room was and the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely be staying again as it seems most of our return flights land at night and i don't like driving in the dark. Pizza hut delivers. "
