"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

"I visited this area for the first time, and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are good sized and the bed is very comfortable. The windows swing open wide which was nice to bring in the cool evening air. The location is right in the action for the town, and it's across the street from the lake so I had a really nice view from the room. "Great stay st Bachmair Weissach. The hotel is beautiful. Particularly the stream that runs through it and the spa. Rooms are spacious, clean and quite nice. But there’s no a/c. It can get quite hot during the day. Staff was nice and attentive. Although service was a bit slow at times. Nothing too bad to detract from a wonderful experience"

"There is much to recommend this hotel. The common areas are lovely; the location beautiful; and the spa very relaxing (though nude, despite being co-ed). The concierge was attentive and helpful. We borrowed e-bikes and enjoyed exploring the surrounding Tegernsee lake area (though they had no helmets - we had to rent these nearby). "The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing. "
